Since 1999, Tram Vuong Meadows, MA, LMHC has been a practicing licensed mental health counselor who specializes in supporting individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, grief/loss, work/life balance, motivation, self-esteem, life transitions, and women’s issues. Most notably, she has expertise in and is passionate about somatic movement work which utilizes movement and breathwork to support patients to cultivate a stronger sense of well-being, confidence, balance, and agility as they navigate life’s challenges.
Not only does she have extensive clinical experience, Tram brings other valuable knowledge from her time serving as the Clinical Director of the University of West Florida’s Counseling and Psychological Services center as well as the Regional Director for the Military & Family Life Counseling program for the southeast region of the United States.
With a therapy style that is genuine and interactive, Tram draws from her vast experience working with adult of all ages. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion; and will tailor the sessions to meet each person’s unique and specific needs.
Tram was born in Vietnam and settled in Pensacola with her parents and siblings. She graduated from a local high school and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in Texas and her Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Central Florida. Before moving back to Pensacola, her hometown, Tram lived and worked in various parts of the country which has widened her scope of understanding and enhanced her appreciation of home. She is thrilled to be a part of East Hill Clinic where she is providing therapy, coaching and workshops for the community.
